Orders paid for by credit card
To pay for your order by credit card, simply choose the "credit card" payment option when you place your order. Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed in "real time" when you place your order.
Note: Only VISA and MasterCard credit cards will be accepted.
Delivery times
Products are delivered securely to your door by courier. All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. Orders confirmed and paid before 4pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 4pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra business day for delivery to rural addresses.
Public Holidays
Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
